ONTARIO PROVINCAL POLICE SELECT FORENSIC MAPPING SOLUTION

Westbank, BC – Ontario Provincial Police have awarded MicroSurvey Software the distinction of providing the MapScenes System for the agencies accident and crime scene mapping.  The Provincial Police force has purchased 44 complete mapping systems, with MicroSurvey providing the data collection and desktop mapping software, and Sokkia providing the Total Station Measuring Devices.

Two Technologies JETT.ce Hand held Computer Serves As
High-Performance Data Collector for MicroSurvey Tracker

Horsham, Pennsylvania, November 5, 2005—When MicroSurvey Software Inc. found a previous data collection device used to host its evidence collection software troublesome and expensive, the Canadian-based manufacturer of land surveying, civil engineering, and accident reconstruction software chose Two Technologies’ JETT.ce® hand held computer as its replacement.   The JETT.ce is marketed to various law enforcement agencies and forensic mappers as the MicroSurvey Tracker.

Featuring the powerful Windows CE .NET Professional 4.2 operating system running on an Intel XScale processor, the MicroSurvey Tracker provides 64 MB of SDRAM, 400 MHz and 128 MB of secure internal memory as a standard.   Compact flash cards are permanently fixed inside to prevent dislodgement during use.
