MicroSurvey Creates Pro System Movie

Westbank, BC – MicroSurvey today released a new movie on it's world class MapScenes System. Created entirely in-house, this movie demonstrates the world's best accident reconstruction and crime scene mapping system in action.

With the help of the local police force, MicroSurvey staff members created a realistic accident simulation to explain to both acting reconstructionists and the public at large, the steps taken to measure an accident scene using state of the art equipment. The movie shows a bicyclist entering a roadway being struck by a truck. The scene is accurately mapped, and a number of drawings are created using the MapScenes Pro System. Leica electronic measuring equipment is highlighted along with the new Panasonic Toughbook 01 handheld Windows CE computer.

The video demonstrates the new Evidence Recorder Pro version which is currently in beta and will be shipping soon. The MapScenes Pro version in the video is available now. All current MapScenes customers will be sent an evaluation version of MapScenes Pro in the next few weeks.
