  Software Return Policy

MicroSurvey offers a 30-day return policy on software items.
2.
Please call 1-800-668-3312 or email our Returns Department at returns@microsurvey.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, and nature of the problem.

All returned products MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, and contain all manuals, disks and documentation provided by MicroSurvey.
4.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items; MicroSurvey will match your shipping method on replacement or exchange item(s).
5.
MicroSurvey strongly recommends that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage, and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
6.
If merchandise arrives damaged, you should REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package, make sure the damage is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for MicroSurvey to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise, AND the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify MicroSurvey immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pickup of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify MicroSurvey of the damaged goods within 15 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage. Call 1-800-668-3312 or your MicroSurvey account representative to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pickup of damaged merchandise.

MicroSurvey will accept return of software within 30 days of your receipt of the product. Credit, exchange, or refund will be given at MicroSurvey's discretion.

Special note for data collection packages: Should you wish to return a data collection package, including the hardware, software, and accessories, you must return the complete package within 15 days of your receipt of the product(s). See the Data Collection Hardware and Accessories Return Policy for more details.

MicroSurvey offers a 15-day return policy on data collection hardware and accessories.
2.

MicroSurvey will accept return of DEFECTIVE data collection hardware and accessories within 15 days of your receipt of the package. Credit, exchange, replacement, or repair will be given at MicroSurvey's discretion.

MicroSurvey will accept return of NON-DEFECTIVE data collection hardware and accessories within 15 days of your receipt of the package. Credit, exchange, or refund will be given at MicroSurvey's discretion. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15-percent restocking fee.
9.
NON-DEFECTIVE data collection hardware or accessories that are returned for credit MUST BE IN BRAND NEW CONDITION, without scratches, dirt, or any marks that will prevent the unit from being resold at full price. Data collection hardware or accessories deemed to be in USED CONDITION may be returned or rejected at MicroSurvey's discretion. A discount, determined by MicroSurvey, will be deducted from the credit issued.
